Michael Rush is a retired Senior Federal Law Enforcement Supervisor with over 26 years of experience in complex criminal investigations, strategic management, and problem-solving. Throughout his career, he has built strong partnerships with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. As the inventor of the WINGSHIELD mobile shelter-in-place device, Michael is dedicated to protecting our most vulnerable—our children—by providing innovative solutions to enhance safety in schools, businesses, and places of worship.
Michael's extensive background includes expertise in domestic and international drug trafficking investigations, foreign counter-intelligence, and international terrorism operations. He holds a bachelor's degree in business accounting and has graduated from both the FBI Academy Special Surveillance Group and the DEA Academy as a Special Agent in Quantico, VA.
His leadership skills encompass risk assessment, operational planning, resource management, and team training, all of which have been instrumental in the development and implementation of the WINGSHIELD device. Michael's commitment to safety and innovation continues to drive the mission of Wingshield Inc., aiming to save lives and provide peace of mind in an era where security threats are a growing concern.
